Bryan P. Healey is a seasoned professional in the securities industry, possessing over eighteen years of experience. He currently leads Farpoint Capital Management, LLC , a firm he founded in 2013, as its President. Initially established as a State of Texas Registered Investment Advisory firm, Farpoint specialized in crafting customized investment portfolios tailored to individual client needs and risk profiles. In 2023, the firm evolved into a Texas Private Fund Advisor.

Prior to his current role, Bryan held significant positions in various financial institutions. From 2009 to 2014, he was the President and General Securities Principal of Kent Capital, Inc., an independent broker/dealer focusing on investment banking and private securities placements. Additionally, Bryan served as a registered representative (broker) at T. R. Winston & Company, L.L.C., an independent broker/dealer, from July 2006 to October 2009 and again from September 2011 to August 2013.

His leadership skills were further demonstrated during his tenure at Kent Financial Services, Inc., where he held multiple executive roles including Chairman, CEO, President, and CFO. This publicly traded company focused on providing corporate advisory and administrative services. Bryan's journey with Kent began in May 2006 as Secretary and CFO, later expanding his responsibilities to include Chairman, CEO and Director roles.

Before embarking on his journey in the securities sector, Bryan was part of Bowman & Company, L.L.P., the largest CPA firm in Southern New Jersey. He served in various capacities, including as an audit manager, from July 2001 to April 2006.

Bryan's expertise is underpinned by a robust set of qualifications. He holds the NASD series 65 securities license and has previously held NASD series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 licenses. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both New Jersey and Texas, he also possesses credentials as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a Registered Municipal Accountant, and a Public School Accountant in New Jersey.
